Pfizer Declares 32-Cent Third-Quarter 2017 Dividend

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)– The board of directors of Pfizer Inc. today declared a 32-cent
third-quarter 2017 dividend on the company’s common stock, payable
September 1, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on
August 4, 2017. The third-quarter 2017 cash dividend will be the 315^th
consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Pfizer.
