Sulzer Mixpac Gains Court Order Involving Dental Mixing Tips

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Sulzer Mixpac Ltd. (Sulzer) announced today that it has resolved a
case filed during the November 2015 Greater New York Dental Meetings
(GNYDM). Sulzer filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New York alleging that certain colored dental
mixing tips exhibited by DXM CO., LTD. and Dentazon Corp. at the GNYDM
infringed Sulzer’s Candy Colors trademark rights.

The court recently entered a Stipulation of Facts, and Consent Judgment
and Permanent Injunction that enjoined DXM CO., LTD. and Dentazon Corp.
from selling, offering for sale, distributing, or advertising the
Accused Mixing Tips exhibited at the 2015 GNYDM or any other mixing tips
that infringe the Candy Color Registrations.
